22 Skills

One master resume, tailored for every job.·22skills.com

22 Skills is a free resume builder and ATS match scorer that lets job seekers build one master resume and generate a tailored, ATS-scored version for every job they apply to. It compares a resume against any job description to produce a match score and a list of missing keywords, and its AI Optimizer (a Pro feature) rewrites resume sections to work those keywords in automatically. The product also tracks every job application through stages such as saved, applied, interviewing, and offer, and offers a Chrome browser extension for saving and scanning jobs while browsing. It is available in English, Spanish, German, and Polish.
