CineCinch scans a user's video library, ranks files by bitrate inefficiency (wasted space), and lets users batch-compress them locally using H.265 (HEVC) encoding. All scanning and compression happens on the user's machine using a bundled copy of FFmpeg, with no cloud upload required. It supports 18 video formats and outputs H.265 MP4 files.
