defract
run your whole process, not just your agents.·defract.dev
defract is a macOS and Windows desktop app that orchestrates Claude Code through a complete software development lifecycle — scoping, design, architecture, implementation, review and release. It runs parallel Claude Code agents, each isolated in its own git worktree, with a memory system that learns the user's codebase. Humans approve scope, design and architecture while agents groom, build, review and release stories, either in autopilot or human-in-the-loop mode. It is described as local-first, with PTY transcripts staying on-device, and requires users to bring their own Claude Code subscription.
