Surf is an intelligent notebook that brings files, the web, and AI directly into a user's notes. It lets people browse websites, YouTube videos, and PDFs alongside note-taking without switching context, and can generate summaries, citations, and interactive graphs or apps ('Surflets') without coding. Data is stored locally on the user's device, and the core source code is open on GitHub. Users can integrate their own choice of LLMs, including local models.
