Donut Browser is an open-source anti-detect browser for macOS, Windows and Linux that creates unlimited isolated local profiles, each with its own browser fingerprint, cookie store, and optional per-profile proxy or WireGuard VPN connection. It runs entirely on the user's own machine, keeping profiles, cookies and logins local unless the user opts into encrypted cloud sync/backup. The app exposes a local REST API and an MCP server so tools like Playwright, Puppeteer and Selenium can drive browser automation. Paid tiers add cloud profile backups, browser-launch/manipulation APIs, cross-platform fingerprints and team collaboration.
