If usage limits are exceeded, Feather does not auto-charge or restrict the blog but reaches out to discuss upgrading. A separate FAQ on the pricing page states blogs can be created 'starting at $39/month', which differs from the lowest listed tier price of $33/month shown elsewhere on the same page.
