FileHop is a native desktop file browser for macOS and Windows that previews almost any file type, searches inside file contents, and converts, compresses, and edits PDFs, Word, Excel, video, and image files. All processing happens locally on the device with no cloud uploads and no account required. It aims to replace multiple single-purpose apps (video editors, PDF tools, Office, image compressors) with one lightweight (~170-200MB) application.
