FLV Extract is a Windows utility that extracts video and audio streams from FLV files without decompressing or recompressing them. Video is saved as AVI (for H.263/FLV1 and VP6/VP6F) or as a raw elementary stream (for H.264/AVC), while audio is saved as MP3, AAC (with ADTS headers), Speex, or WAV (PCM). A command line version is also available. The output format depends entirely on what is contained in the source FLV file and cannot be changed by the tool.
