FormSubmit is a hosted form backend for static websites that lets developers and AI coding agents add a working contact, lead, or feedback form with a single CLI command or by pasting an HTML snippet. Submissions are captured via a POST endpoint, stored, optionally emailed to the account owner, and viewable in a web dashboard or via CLI. It requires no server, database, or SDK, and bills on a pay-as-you-go credit basis where one credit equals one submission.
