Graftit is a Windows desktop app for UK freelancers and sole traders that combines time tracking, HMRC-compliant mileage logging, expense tracking, and PDF invoicing in one offline-capable tool. It keeps records in Making Tax Digital (MTD) compatible categories and can sync directly with Xero via OAuth 2.0. All data is stored locally on the user's device, with optional sync via the user's own cloud storage such as Google Drive.
