Hermes Agent is an open-source, self-improving AI agent by Nous Research that runs as a native desktop app (macOS, Windows, Linux) or standalone terminal application. It builds persistent memory across sessions, creates and reuses skills from experience, connects to messaging platforms like Telegram and Discord, and can run scheduled or delegated tasks through isolated subagents and sandboxed environments.
