JetBrains Air is an Agentic Development Environment where multiple AI coding agents (Codex, Claude Agent, Gemini CLI, and Junie) can execute independent task loops in parallel without interfering with each other. It lets developers define tasks with code-aware context, run agents in isolated environments (Docker containers or Git worktrees), monitor and switch between concurrent agent tasks, and review/commit the resulting code changes. It is currently a standalone desktop application, downloadable for macOS, and is in preview.
