Monika is an open source, free synthetic monitoring command line application. It reads a configuration file to build and send HTTP or TCP requests, then sends notifications through many channels when a probe's response doesn't match expectations. It supports request chaining, TCP server monitoring, TLS certificate expiry checks, and can be generated from HAR, Postman, Insomnia, or sitemap files. It can also connect to Prometheus for data visualization.
