MyChat
Self-hosted team chat, forum, kanban and website support·mychat.software
MyChat is a self-hosted team communication suite combining team chat, a forum, kanban task boards and a website support widget in one product. It runs on the customer's own Windows or Linux server, licensed by server capacity rather than per-user-per-month subscription. It also includes voice/video calls, full-text search, Active Directory integration and a REST API for connecting to other systems.

Pricing
Pricing is capacity-based and one-time, not a monthly subscription: licenses range from $80 (10 connections) to $1,600 (200 connections), each including one year of updates. After the first year, a discounted annual updates subscription (50% of license price) keeps the server active; if unpaid, the server goes read-only but history stays readable. Site compares this to 'Slack Pro at $8.75/user/month' for context, not as MyChat's own price.
Free-version notice shown in chat window; limited mobile push notifications; GPS location history limited to current day; no MyChat Guest invitations; no quiz/specialized bots
