PHP Server Monitor
Open source tool to monitor your servers and websites·phpservermonitor.org
PHP Server Monitor is an open source script that checks whether websites and servers are up and running. It provides a web-based user interface for managing monitored services and users, with notifications sent via email, SMS, Discord, Pushover, Telegram or Jabber when a service or website goes offline. It supports two monitoring modes: checking a service on an IP/domain and port, or checking a website's HTTP status code and optional content match via regular expression. It runs via a cronjob to keep server status updated and logs connection errors and notifications.
