Project N.E.K.O. is an open-source AI companion designed to live on the user's desktop. It listens to voice, reads text, sees the screen and shared images, and remembers shared experiences through a long-term memory system. It supports multiple avatar forms (Live2D, VRM, MMD, PNGtuber), connects to 20+ AI service providers, and can be extended through plugins and a creative workshop.
