QueryBurst is a workspace for modelling multi-turn customer journeys through AI search to discover where a brand enters, influences, and leaves the conversation, and why. It uses personas and branching conversations to simulate an 8-stage retrieval pipeline (prior, fan-out, retrieval, extraction, reranking, grounding, answer) rather than tracking single prompts. It also includes Site Intelligence, which crawls a website to extract its knowledge graph of entities, claims, topics and links, plus a wider AI Search Toolkit of tools such as Answer Spy, a retrieval optimizer, and content analysis tools.
