Plans are billed monthly by default, with quarterly, half-yearly, and annual billing toggles also offered; annual billing saves 14-15% depending on tier but the full annual charge amount is not displayed, only a per-month equivalent. Credits unlock sourcing, screening, outreach, and interviews at stated per-action rates (e.g., 0.5 credit per resume screened, 1 credit per candidate sourced, 4 credits/min for AI video interviews capped at 60 credits per interview, 2 credits/min for AI voice calls, 1 credit per email, 1 credit per WhatsApp template message). Monthly credits do not expire. Enterprise/custom plans with SSO/SAML and dedicated SLAs are available on request.
