Semaphore is a CI/CD platform for building, testing, and deploying software, designed to let coding agents set up and run continuous integration pipelines automatically. It provides fast pipeline execution, deployment automation, monorepo support, and enterprise security/compliance controls. Semaphore can be used as a cloud-hosted service or self-hosted, and its core is fully open source (Apache 2.0). Compute is billed on a pay-as-you-go, per-minute basis, with every organization receiving $15 of free usage each month.

Core CI/CD compute pricing is usage-based (per minute) with no per-seat fees; every organization gets $15 of free usage per month. Support and Success services are separately priced monthly add-ons, fully modular and stackable. Annual billing discounts available on request.
