All core Silex plans (Cloud, Desktop, Self-Hosted) are free forever with no paid tiers. Paid professional services (training, custom development, managed hosting) are offered on request or quote. The Cloud plan runs on GitLab's free tier, which imposes its own limits (5 users per private group, 10GB storage, 400 CI/CD minutes/month) and may require phone or credit card verification from GitLab.
