SwiftERM
AI Hyper-personalisation software for ecommerce email marketing·swifterm.com
SwiftERM is an AI-driven hyper-personalisation platform built for ecommerce email marketing. It connects to a retailer's ecommerce platform via a plugin and continuously analyses live customer behaviour—purchase history, browsing velocity, and product affinities—to predict what each individual customer will buy next. It then automatically sends a uniquely personalised product email to each customer at the calculated moment of peak purchase probability, without any manual campaign management.

Pricing
Prices are tiered by contact database size and shown in GBP, USD, or EUR on the pricing page; USD/EUR figures are stated as converted at time of transaction and may vary. The home page separately states a starting price of '£100 pm ($130)', which differs slightly from the $113 figure on the dedicated pricing table for the same £100 tier. A percentage-of-sales pricing arrangement is available by request.
Profit Guarantee: if a free trial does not reach a minimum 4x ROI relative to the tier rate, the trial is extended until it does. A percentage-of-attributed-sales pricing option is available on request instead of the flat tier rate.
Rate increases with contact database size, from 0–19,999 contacts up to 5,000,000+ contacts.
