Talkspirit is a European organizational operating system that unifies structure, collaboration, and communication in a single platform. It combines circles, roles and governance rules with projects, documents, goals (OKRs), meetings, a newsfeed and chat, all connected to a common organizational structure. The platform is enhanced by an AI called Spark that learns from the organization's operating model. It is hosted in France and Switzerland and is designed for organizations practicing shared governance models (such as Holacracy or Sociocracy 3.0) as well as classic hierarchies modernizing their governance.
