HCP Terraform, part of the HashiCorp Cloud Platform, is a SaaS service for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code. It supports policy enforcement, role-based access control, continuous validation, drift detection, and a private registry for reusable code and policy libraries. It is delivered as part of an integrated suite (HCP) that also covers security lifecycle management, and can scale from small teams to enterprise-wide, multi-cloud operations. A newer feature, Infragraph, gives a real-time infrastructure graph and is in public preview for Standard and Premium tier customers, with a separate HCP Terraform Europe region also available.
