Thunder is an open-source platform-as-a-service that deploys applications directly into a user's own AWS account. It automatically detects the framework being used (Next.js, Nuxt, Astro, TanStack Start, SvelteKit, SolidStart, AnalogJS, Vite, NestJS, and more) and provisions the appropriate AWS deployment pattern such as S3+CloudFront, Lambda, Fargate, or serverless SSR. It connects to a user's AWS and GitHub accounts to provide automated CI/CD pipelines using AWS CDK, CodePipeline, and CodeBuild.
