Timelines Studio is a free, open-source desktop app for creating interactive timelines for worldbuilding and history. It is local-first, storing notes and timeline data on-device, and supports building timelines from events, spans, and eras with linked markdown/MediaWiki notes. It also offers map and spreadsheet views of the same timeline data, plus optional GitHub-based sync and a no-account web viewer for sharing timelines.
