Core products (Employee Time Tracking, Project Time Tracking, Leave Management) are billed per active user, with the exact per-user rate generated through an online calculator rather than published as a fixed number; a base fee covers hosting, maintenance, support and the iOS/Android apps. Accounts with more than twenty users receive a custom quote. Annual billing gives two months free compared with monthly billing. Clocking-in machines and virtual clocking add-ons are priced separately in EUR (e.g. Evo Basic from €29.90/month, Multiuser apps at €10.00/month). All stated prices are net prices.
