Tribushare is an online platform where independent filmmakers publish a dedicated page for each film, stream it up to 4K, and sell rentals or purchases directly to their audience at a price they set. Viewers browse, rent or buy films straight from the people who made them, with each page including the film's story, extras and director's notes. Filmmakers can also build an audience before release with 'Coming soon' pages, follower lists and email updates, and earn money paid out monthly via a connected Stripe account. Viewers can earn a commission by sharing films through a personal referral link.

Filmmaker plans are billed monthly per film plus a 10% + $0.50 fee on each sale, up to 10 films; a custom catalogue plan exists for distributors/studios with more than 10 films. Viewers pay per rental or purchase at the price the filmmaker sets, not a subscription. Referral and promo-code discounts also apply.
