UXLens is a session replay and visitor recording tool that lets site owners watch users live or via recorded playback to identify UI and conversion issues. It is installed via a JavaScript snippet, supports tagging and filtering of user journeys, and can be run as a cloud-hosted service or self-hosted on the customer's own server for full data control.
