Vector is a lightweight and ultra-fast tool, built in Rust, for building observability pipelines. It collects, transforms, and routes logs and metrics between a wide range of sources and sinks, and can be deployed as a daemon, sidecar, or aggregator. It is packaged as a single binary with no dependencies or runtime requirements.
