Voxtyper is a browser extension for dictation with automatic punctuation and capitalization, built on a state-of-the-art speech-to-text engine. It works in any text field in the browser, from Gmail and Google Docs to Notion, Slack, and ChatGPT. Users press a keyboard shortcut to start and stop recording, and the transcribed, punctuated, and capitalized text is inserted into the focused field. Audio is sent to a transcription service and discarded, never stored.
