a private chat platform empowering friends and communities to connect on their own terms·cabal.chat
Cabal is a private, peer-to-peer chat platform for friends and communities that works offline and does not rely on central servers. Devices connect directly to each other, messages are end-to-end encrypted, and the project uses a subjective moderation system with no central admins. It is built and maintained by volunteers as a community project with no corporate ownership, and it is based on an underlying protocol called Cable that can be implemented in any programming language.
