Dolfer is a background desktop app that automatically organizes files using customizable 'when X happens, do Y' rules. It runs locally on Windows, macOS, and Linux, watching chosen folders and applying move/copy/rename/delete/tag/script actions, with full undo and dry-run preview. Everything runs offline with no cloud, uploads, or telemetry, and it is built natively in Rust for speed.
