Hyper 8 is a static site generator for publishing video content, letting users build and publish video sites ranging from a single video to large archives without a database, programming, or ongoing maintenance. It offers a built-in graphical desktop editor as well as file-based and command-line workflows, and the generated sites are compatible with virtually any webhost. It includes built-in deployment via FTP/SFTP and SSH, browsing and search, subtitles, RSS/Atom feeds, and optional Fediverse link-preview integration.
