MOS is a modular, Devuan-based, resource-efficient operating system for servers and homelabs, managed through a modern web interface. It covers monitoring, storage and shares, user management, networking, notifications, a web terminal, and container/VM management (Docker, LXC, VMs). The interface is extensible via plugins and exposes a REST API with WebSocket-based realtime notifications. MOS is open source, runs without forced cloud services or telemetry, and additional functions can be enabled on demand via plugins.
