Cockpit is a web-based graphical interface for administering Linux servers. It uses existing system APIs (systemd, NetworkManager, firewalld, storaged, realmd, PackageKit, etc.) rather than reinventing subsystems, so admins can manage a machine through Cockpit alongside the command line and other tools. It supports tasks like managing storage, networking, firewalls, containers, virtual machines, user accounts, system services, logs, and performance metrics from a browser.
