OPMONis is UPS (uninterruptible power supply) monitoring and system-shutdown software that triggers a graceful, ordered shutdown of servers and virtual machines during a long blackout to prevent data loss and file-system corruption. It uses a single central, agentless installation and communicates with UPS hardware and host systems via standard protocols, independent of the UPS manufacturer. It can control Windows, Linux, XenServer, Hyper-V, Proxmox VE, ESXi and VMware vSphere Cluster environments.
