Resume Matcher is a free, open-source AI-powered tool that compares a resume against a job description to help it beat Applicant Tracking Systems. Users upload a master resume, paste a job description, and the tool analyzes requirements, highlights matching keywords, and generates a tailored, ATS-friendly resume. It can run entirely locally using Ollama for privacy or connect to cloud AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and DeepSeek. It also includes a visual resume builder with templates and PDF export.
