Seedmancer is a CLI tool that generates state-based test data and resets databases for E2E tests, API tests, and local development. It captures database schema and data as versioned snapshots that can be restored in under a second, supports AI-generated test data, and can push/pull dataset revisions to the cloud. It ships a built-in Model Context Protocol (MCP) server so AI agents like Cursor or Claude Desktop can drive database seeding through typed tool calls.
