SendOps turns a company's own AWS SES account into an email operations platform, adding audience management, broadcast campaigns, lifecycle workflows, git-synced templates, deliverability analytics, and alerts on top of infrastructure the customer already owns. It provisions SES resources inside the customer's AWS account via CloudFormation and uses short-lived STS credentials rather than storing AWS keys. Transactional, lifecycle, and marketing email all send through the customer's own SES account rather than shared vendor infrastructure.
