SlideJot is a macOS side-drawer app that lets users quickly capture short, unfinished thoughts, snippets, quotes, screenshots, and code via a global hotkey. It stays hidden at the edge of the screen until summoned, auto-saves everything as you type, and supports plain text and images only (no rich text or Markdown rendering). Data is stored locally by default, with an optional iCloud sync setting for keeping jots across devices.
