Slingcode is a personal computing platform contained in a single HTML file that lets users make, run, and share web apps using only a web browser. It requires no server, hosting, or SSL certificate, stores apps in the browser's local storage, and can run offline from a USB stick, laptop, or phone. Apps can be shared peer-to-peer via WebTorrent, exported as zip files, or uploaded to regular web hosting to deploy online.
