Subshack is a Chrome and Firefox browser extension that audits Substack profiles and analyzes Notes, posts, and publishing habits to reveal what actually drives subscriber growth rather than just likes or views. It adds a panel inside Substack with dashboards for Notes, Articles, Audience, Opportunities, Campaigns, Inbox, and Automations, using data pulled only from the writer's own account. It also offers standalone free tools: a public profile audit that scores any Substack profile out of 100, and a subscribe-back checker that shows which followed publications have not followed back. It never publishes Notes, articles, or restacks on the user's behalf, and any outreach (campaigns, welcome messages) only sends once the user explicitly starts it.
