Biodalliance is a fast, interactive genome visualization tool designed to be embedded in web pages and applications. It integrates data from a wide variety of sources and can load data directly from genomics file formats such as bigWig, BAM, and VCF. It allows building a fully-featured genome browser using only a standard web server and a directory of files, without requiring a database or server-side code.
