Lion CRM is a Chrome extension that turns WhatsApp Web into a business CRM, offering bulk messaging, an AI chatbot, rule-based chatbot flows, Kanban-style lead tracking, and automation tools. It also operates a whitelabel reseller program letting partners rebrand and resell the CRM under their own name with an admin panel hosted on Lion CRM's servers. The extension runs locally in the browser and requires WhatsApp Web to be open and the computer on to function.

Plans require a one-time setup fee ($150/$200/$250) plus a per-user monthly rate. Resellers can sell to their own clients at any price above Lion CRM's per-user cost (no maximum); most resellers charge $15–$30/user/month. Indian resellers pay in INR at a fixed rate of $1 = ₹100. Partner accounts must maintain a minimum of 10 active licenses per month, with a 3-month grace period for new partners. A 7-day free trial is offered; payments are generally non-refundable after activation.
