OSHI Messenger (also known as OSHI Mesh) is a free, open-source, Swiss-developed encrypted messenger for iOS and Android. It works without an internet connection via Bluetooth/WiFi Direct mesh networking, and can also route messages through IPFS and Tor. It offers end-to-end encryption via the Signal Protocol, six steganographic covert channels to bypass censorship, on-device AI features, offline maps, and requires no phone number or personal information to use.
