Shadow is a Mac app that runs AI on what you see and say, providing bot-free meeting notes, voice typing on any keyboard shortcut, quick replies, and custom Skills. It auto-detects meetings, transcribes audio, captures meeting screenshots, and can run user-defined prompts (Skills) on captured screen, voice, or selected text. Transcription happens locally on the Mac by default, and data is not used for AI training unless the user triggers a Skill that calls an LLM API.
