Sublex Chat is an AI customer service assistant for small businesses that reads a business's own website, documents, pasted text and Q&A pairs, then answers customer questions only from that material. It captures leads and hands off to a human when it doesn't know an answer, and can be installed with a single line of code on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or plain HTML sites. It currently answers on the business's website, with WhatsApp support planned next.
