GLPI is an open source IT Service Management (ITSM) platform that centralizes helpdesk ticketing, IT asset inventory (CMDB), financial/budget management, and user/group administration in one system. It provides agentless network inventory and scanning, service catalog forms, SLA management, application deployment, and monitoring. GLPI can be run as a self-hosted installation or through the vendor's managed GLPI Network Public or Private Cloud, which adds automatic updates, backups, and SSO integration.
