Tana is an agentic meeting platform built around native video calls, where AI agents act in real time to draft documents, file issues, update CRMs, and complete other work while the conversation is happening rather than after it. Everything produced in a meeting is stored in a persistent, shared context graph that people and future agents can draw on, with the system proposing merges when the same person, company, or topic recurs across meetings. It connects to tools such as GitHub, Slack, HubSpot, Linear, Jira, and via MCP to many others, and can also capture meetings hosted in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet through a botless meeting agent. Tana is a separate product from Tana Outliner, the company's earlier note-taking/outliner tool built on Supertags and nodes.
