The Talent App is an open-source applicant tracking system (ATS) that teams can self-host under the MIT license or have SparxIT implement as a custom production deployment. It covers jobs, pipeline, talent database, interviews, assessments, applicant portal, careers pages, reporting, SAML SSO, staff MFA, and an append-only audit log. Optional AI features (resume parsing, job fit scoring, interview kits, assessment drafting, and the Chitragupta agent) run on Google Gemini when a user supplies their own API key, while core operational tools like Pipeline Health, the Do strip, and Radar run on deterministic rules.
